Plastic Waterjet Cutting Bricks:
Waterjet cutting bricks are specially designed to assist in the cutting of difficult parts. Made from a unique HDPE, the bricks are manufactured specifically for the waterjet cutting industry. The bricks are designed with laminated flute pattern, which minimizes splash back while draining water and debris away quickly and effectively.
Closed loop Water Chiller:
Our chillers are work horses designed to keep the pumps hydraulic oil at a controlled temperature.
Bulk Abrasive Hopper
The Axsis Technologies abrasive pots are a cost effective solution for adding waterjet cutting capacity and replacing existing waterjet cutting machines. The right abrasive delivery system can increase efficiency. A abrasive second pot can be added to avoid long downtimes between changing from one abrasive size to another. Large 2000 to 4000 LB. pots can be added to make handling bulk abrasive bags easier. Lets us help you decide on the right choice for you.
Laser Alignment (plate finder):
This option projects a laser crosshair image onto the table to allow you to line up the part.Wireless Remote Pendant:
This is a great tool for large tables, and gives more flexibility to operators around the machine.
Abrasive Removal System and Closed loop System (CLS):
The Abrasive Removal system Eliminate shoveling and downtime required emptying out your tank compared to not having an abrasive removal system. If not initially selected, it will likely move to the top of the list once you have shoveled out your tank a few times! It's not fun, we've tried it!

It is used for welding of V, Y, X or K types. This type of head enables a cutting in straight direction.Start and stop of the individual torches can be carried out either manually or from the control panel
